- 🍅 3 cherry tomatoes, halved

- 20g curry roux
- 200cc water

- 🧀 30g pizza cheese

- Chopped parsley, as needed
ÉTAPES
Mince the onion and halve the cherry tomatoes.
Slice the sausages into 7mm pieces.
In a large microwave-safe container, combine oatmeal, sausages, onion, curry roux, and water. Mix well. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4–5 minutes until the onion softens and the mixture thickens.
Mix the cooked mixture, then top with cherry tomatoes and pizza cheese. Bake in a toaster oven for 4–5 minutes until the cheese melts and browns.
Sprinkle chopped parsley on top before serving.
