Main Ingredients
- 🐙 100g octopus
- 1/4 yellow bell pepper
- 1/4 red bell pepper
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber
- 🌿 2 basil leaves
Marinade
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 to taste salt
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
ÉTAPES
Cut the octopus into bite-sized pieces. Dice the bell peppers and cucumber into 1cm cubes.
Mix the marinade ingredients (lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and sugar) in a bowl.
Add the octopus, vegetables, and torn basil leaves to the bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
