- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🍅 8 cherry tomatoes
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
Seasonings
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🌿 Pinch of chopped parsley
ÉTAPES
Remove the stems from cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Slice the cucumber into thin half-moons. Mince the onion and soak it in water, then drain.
Slice the boiled octopus into thin pieces at an angle (about 5-6mm thick).
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl. Add the prepared vegetables and octopus, mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
