- 🐙 120g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber (100g)
- 6 shiso leaves
- 🍅 3 cherry tomatoes

- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 🧀 1/2 tbsp grated cheese
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Trim the ends of the cucumber, peel in stripes using a peeler, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Remove the stems from the shiso leaves and finely chop them.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (☆) with the chopped shiso leaves. Add the octopus, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes, and toss well. Serve on a plate and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
