- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the garlic chives into 3cm lengths. Boil water in a pot, blanch the chives briefly, then rinse under cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds) in a bowl. Add the octopus and garlic chives, then toss to combine.
