Rice
- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Seafood
- 🐙 150g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms (80g)
- 🥕 1/2 carrot
- 1/2 piece ginger
Condiments
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
Garnish
- To taste shredded nori

ÉTAPES
Cut king oyster mushrooms into thin slices after halving them lengthwise. Slice carrot into thin quarter pieces. Julienne the ginger.
Cut boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Add soaked rice, condiments (mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder), and water to the rice cooker. Mix well and level the rice. Place octopus, carrot, mushrooms, and ginger on top. Cook as usual.
Mix the cooked rice gently, serve in bowls, and garnish with shredded nori.
