- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 65g mizuna, cut into 4cm pieces
- 🧅 50g thinly sliced onion
- 🥕 50g julienned carrot
Cooking Essentials
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sliced chili
- 💧 2 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces, pat dry, and coat with potato starch.
Prepare the vegetables: cut mizuna into 4cm pieces, thinly slice the onion, and julienne the carrot.
Mix the seasonings (☆) in a bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds. Stir and add onion and carrot, letting them marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the octopus, and fry until crispy. Transfer to the bowl with the marinated vegetables.
Add the mizuna to the bowl and mix everything together.
