Vegetables
- 🧅 50g minced onion
- 3 shiso leaves
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
ÉTAPES
Freeze boiled octopus in a freezer bag for 45 minutes in a quick-freeze compartment, then store in the regular freezer.
Mince the onion and soak in water for 10 minutes. Drain and squeeze out excess water. Cut shiso leaves into thin strips.
Defrost the frozen octopus in the refrigerator and slice thinly at an angle.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl, then add minced onion to create the onion sauce.
Arrange sliced octopus on a plate, drizzle with onion sauce, and garnish with shiso leaves.
