- 🐙 150g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced (100g)
- 🧅 2 stalks chopped green onion
Dressing
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the onion.
Cut the boiled octopus into diagonal slices, about 5mm thick.
Combine the dressing ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, water) in a storage bag along with the onion and octopus. Massage the bag to mix well, remove air, and seal. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
