INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Seafood
- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
- 🦪 80g boiled scallops
Vegetables
- 1/4 bunch mitsuba
- 1 piece ginger
Liquid
- 💧 sufficient water
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 30cc water
ÉTAPES
Cut mitsuba into bite-sized pieces and julienne the ginger.
Slice the octopus diagonally into 2cm wide pieces.
In a pot, combine the seasoning ingredients and bring to a boil. Add ginger, octopus, and scallops, simmer for 3 minutes, then cool. Separate the broth and ingredients.
Add the rice, broth from step 3, and water to the rice cooker up to the 2-cup mark. Mix well, flatten the surface, and cook as usual.
Add the cooked ingredients from step 3 to the rice, mix gently, and garnish with mitsuba.
