Noodles
- 2 packs frozen udon noodles
Seafood
- 100g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned (75g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced (100g)
- 1 green pepper, julienned (30g)
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Cut boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces. Julienne the carrot and green pepper. Thinly slice the onion.
Place udon noodles in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat according to package instructions at 600W.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add carrot and onion, and stir-fry until softened.
Add boiled octopus, green pepper, and the seasonings (sake, salt, pepper, soy sauce, sesame seeds). Stir-fry until well combined.
Add the udon noodles to the pan and stir-fry until everything is evenly mixed and heated through.
