- 🍚 2 bowls warm rice (300g)
Seafood
- 🐙 150g boiled octopus
Herbs
- 🌿 5 basil leaves

- 🥬 1/3 stalk celery, minced
Seasonings
- 🧄 A pinch grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 A pinch salt and pepper

- 1 tbsp olive oil
ÉTAPES
Cut the octopus into 1cm cubes. Mince the basil and celery.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the octopus, basil, celery, and garlic, and stir-fry.
Once the moisture reduces, add chicken stock powder and season with salt and pepper.
Place the warm rice in a container, add the stir-fried ingredients, and mix well.
