- 2 pieces fried tofu (40g)
- 🧀 20g pizza cheese
Negi Miso Sauce
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion, minced
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
ÉTAPES
Mince the green onion finely.
Mix all ☆ ingredients in a bowl to create the negi miso sauce.
Heat a frying pan and cook the fried tofu on low heat for 3–4 minutes until golden brown. Flip and repeat for the other side.
Place the cooked tofu on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Spread the negi miso sauce evenly on top and sprinkle pizza cheese equally. Bake in a toaster for 7–8 minutes until the cheese melts and the tofu becomes crispy.
Cut the baked tofu into bite-sized pieces and serve on a plate.
