    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
    • 💧 500ml water

Uncover the pot and add crab sticks, rice, and udon noodles. Stir gently to loosen the noodles. Heat on medium until boiling, then cover and simmer on low heat for another 5 minutes.
