- 6 slices pork loin, thinly sliced

- 12 shiso leaves

- 120g okara negi miso seasoning

- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
ÉTAPES
Lay out the pork slices and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place 2 shiso leaves on each slice, then evenly distribute the okara negi miso seasoning on top. Roll tightly from the edge.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
Flip the rolls, cover with a lid, and cook on medium-low heat for another 3-4 minutes.
