- 4 slices ham
- 🧀 6 pieces processed cheese
- 🌽 100g canned corn
Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil for frying
Dough
- 200g okonomiyaki flour
- 💧 100cc water
- 1 tsp salad oil for dough
ÉTAPES
Cut ham and processed cheese into 1cm cubes.
In a bowl, mix okonomiyaki flour, water, and salad oil for dough by hand until combined. Knead for 5 minutes, cover with plastic wrap, and let rest at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Divide the dough into 6 portions, roll each into a ball, and flatten into 10–12cm circles. Place ham, cheese, and corn on each circle and wrap to seal. Repeat for all portions.
Heat salad oil for frying in a pan over medium heat. Place the dough seam-side down, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 3 minutes until golden brown.
