- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pepper to taste
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
Sauce
- 1/3 tsp tonkatsu sauce
- A pinch of aonori (seaweed flakes)
ÉTAPES
Grate the carrot and mix it with the ground meat, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Shape the mixture into hamburger patties of equal size.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the patties until browned on both sides and fully cooked through.
Drizzle the tonkatsu sauce over the cooked patties and sprinkle with aonori.
