- 🥓 2 slices bacon
- 4 okra (50g)
- 🌽 3 tbsp frozen corn
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 💧 400ml water
ÉTAPES
Rub okra with a pinch of salt, rinse under water, and pat dry. Trim the stem and calyx, then slice into 1cm pieces.
Cut the bacon into 1cm wide strips.
Heat butter in a pot over medium heat, add bacon, and sauté briefly. Add chicken stock, salt, pepper, and water, and bring to a boil. Add okra and corn, then simmer on low heat for 2 minutes until okra is cooked.
