Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🌱 6 okra pods
- 1/4 red bell pepper, sliced
Oil and Seasoning
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Marinade
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Massage the beef with marinade ingredients in a bowl and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Rub okra with salt, rinse, remove stems, and slice diagonally. Slice the red bell pepper thinly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the marinated beef.
Once the beef changes color, add okra, red bell pepper, sauce ingredients, and sesame seeds. Stir-fry briefly.
