INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🍗 2 chicken breasts (100g)
- 🌱 3 okra (36g)
- 🧀 2 pieces processed cheese (20g)
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Bonito Soy Sauce
- 2g bonito flakes
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Trim the okra by cutting off the stem and peeling the skin around the base. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and roll lightly with your palm.
Cut the processed cheese into 1.5cm cubes.
Remove the tendon from the chicken breasts. Place them on a microwave-safe plate, season with sake, salt, and pepper, and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Boil water in a pot and blanch the salted okra for 10–20 seconds. Transfer to cold water and drain.
Cut the okra diagonally into halves.
In a bowl, combine okra, shredded chicken, processed cheese, and the Bonito Soy Sauce ingredients. Toss lightly.
