- 🍗 2 pieces chicken tenderloin (100g)
- 10 okra pods (120g)
- 1 tbsp sake
Scallion Salt Sauce
- 1/4 scallion (40g), minced
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Rub okra with 1 tsp salt (not listed in ingredients), wash thoroughly, trim the tips and edges, and cut into diagonal thirds. Mince the scallion.
Make small cuts into the chicken tenderloins to help them cook evenly.
