- 5 okra pods (60g)
- 🥔 1 potato (150g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g)
Seasonings
- 1 tsp consomme
- 🧂 Pinch of salt

- 🧈 1 tbsp salted butter
- 🥛 300 ml milk
ÉTAPES
Rub okra with a pinch of salt, wash, remove stems, and slice into 1 cm pieces.
Cut potato in half, slice thinly, and soak in water to remove excess starch. Slice onion thinly.
Place potato in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
Add okra and onion to the container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Add butter and consomme to the container, mix until butter melts, and let cool. Blend the mixture with milk until smooth, season with salt, and chill in the refrigerator.
