INGRÉDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 200g capellini
Vegetables
- 🌱 5 okra pods
- 🌿 5cm grated daikon
- 🌿 2 shredded shiso leaves
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can tuna
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp salad oil
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp nametake
ÉTAPES
Grate the daikon. Boil water in a pot and briefly blanch the okra, then remove.
In the same pot, cook the capellini according to package instructions. Cool under running water and drain.
Trim the okra and slice into small pieces.
In a bowl, combine capellini, okra, tuna, and the seasonings (☆). Mix well.
Plate the pasta mixture, top with grated daikon and shredded shiso leaves. Serve.
