- 8 slices pork loin (160g)

- 🧀 8 slices melting cheese
Vegetables
- 8 okra (100g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
ÉTAPES
Trim the okra by cutting off the stem and peeling the ridges. Rub with salt (1/3 tsp, not included in ingredients) on a cutting board, rinse with water, and dry thoroughly.
Slice the garlic thinly and remove the core.
Lay out one slice of pork loin vertically, place half a slice of melting cheese on top, and position one okra. Roll tightly from the bottom. Repeat for all 8 rolls.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook until browned evenly on all sides.
Add garlic slices, cover the pan, and cook over medium-low heat for about 2 minutes until the pork is fully cooked.
Drizzle soy sauce around the edges of the pan and let it coat the rolls.
