- 3 okra

- 2 tbsp concentrated mentuyu
- 🧈 20g salted butter

- Katsuobushi, as needed
ÉTAPES
Remove the stem and calyx from the okra, sprinkle with salt, and rub them together.
Boil water in a pot and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. During the boiling process, add the okra and cook for about 2 minutes. Drain the water and cut the okra into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the okra, natto, and mentuyu. Add the cooked spaghetti and butter, then mix further. Sprinkle with pepper. Serve on a plate and optionally top with green onions and katsuobushi.
