- 100g water shield
- 2 okra pods
- 4 shiso leaves
Condiments
- 4 small plums
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 3 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Remove seeds from plums and mash into a paste. Thinly slice shiso leaves.
Rub okra with salt (not listed) on a cutting board, rinse with water, and slice thinly. Wash water shield lightly.
Place okra in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Let cool. Mix dashi powder, water, soy sauce, and plum paste in the container.
Add okra and water shield to the mixed sauce. Plate and garnish with shiso leaves.
