ÉTAPES
Trim the stem ends of the okra and remove the calyx. Rub the okra with salt (not listed in ingredients) on a cutting board, then rinse briefly with water.
Boil water in a pot and cook the okra for about 1 minute. Cool the okra in cold water, drain, and pat dry. Cut into diagonal thirds.
Mix the white dashi and water in a bowl.
Arrange the okra on a plate, pour the dashi mixture over it, and sprinkle with dried sakura shrimp.
