INGRÉDIENTS
Curry
- 1 pack (200g) retort curry
- 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- Dried parsley, as needed
Butter Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl (150g) cooked rice
- 🌽 2 tbsp frozen corn
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, as needed
Egg Mixture
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
- 🧂 Salt, as needed
ÉTAPES
Mix all Butter Rice ingredients in a bowl until the butter melts.
Combine all Egg Mixture ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Place retort curry and tuna in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat according to package instructions.
Heat butter in a frying pan over low heat, add the Egg Mixture, and cook while stirring until semi-cooked.
Plate the rice, top with the cooked eggs, pour the curry mixture over, and garnish with parsley.
