INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 300g cooked rice
Beef
- 🥩 100g thinly sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🍄 4 mushrooms, sliced
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
Seasoning
- 🧈 1 tbsp salted butter
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🌾 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🍷 70cc red wine
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🌿 Pinch of dried parsley
Sauce Ingredients
- 💧 200cc water
- 1/2 tsp bouillon granules
- 3 tbsp canned demi-glace sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
Omelette
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Cooking oil as needed
ÉTAPES
Cut the beef into 2cm strips.
Slice the onion and mushrooms thinly. Trim the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into small clusters.
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onion until softened. Add the beef and mushrooms and cook until browned.
Add sugar and flour to the pan and stir briefly. Pour in red wine and bring to a boil. Add the sauce ingredients and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk and mayonnaise.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Pour half of the egg mixture into the pan and cook until semi-set. Repeat to make two omelettes.
Plate the rice, top with the omelette, and pour the sauce over. Garnish with parsley.
