- 🍫 50g milk chocolate
ÉTAPES
Place cream cheese and milk in a microwave-safe bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat at 600W for 40 seconds to 1 minute. Stir until melted.
Add sugar and lemon juice to the melted mixture, stirring after each addition.
Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze for at least 3 hours until solid.
Break the chocolate into small pieces and place in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat at 600W for 40 seconds to 1 minute, then stir until melted.
Transfer the melted chocolate into a piping bag or plastic bag, cut the tip, and drizzle over the frozen cheese cubes placed on parchment paper.
Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
