ÉTAPES
Cut the onion in half vertically, remove the core, and slice into 1cm-wide pieces.
Make a slit in the cod roe skin and extract the contents.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat, add the onion, and stir-fry for 2 minutes until softened. Add soy sauce and cod roe, then stir-fry on low heat until well combined.
