- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced (100g)

- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 💧 400 ml water

ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the onion.
In a pot, combine the onion and seasonings (consommé, salt, and water). Heat over medium heat until it comes to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 5 minutes until the onion softens.
Increase the heat to medium, bring the soup to a boil, and slowly pour in the beaten egg in a circular motion. Turn off the heat once the egg sets.
Serve the soup in bowls and sprinkle with black pepper.
