INGRÉDIENTS
Noodles
- 60g glass noodles
Meat
- 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Oil and Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
Sauce
- 150cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion thinly.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add pork and grated garlic, and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork is cooked. Add the sliced onion and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add the sauce ingredients (water, sake, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and pepper) and glass noodles. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the noodles are cooked.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
