Main Ingredients
- 🧈 80g silken tofu
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g), thinly sliced
- 1 tsp dried seaweed
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 400ml water
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the onion and cut the tofu into 1.5cm cubes.
In a pot, combine all seasonings (☆) and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add the onion and tofu to the pot, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.
Add the dried seaweed and bring to a quick boil over medium heat.
