ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the onion perpendicular to the fibers. Soak in water for about 10 minutes to remove bitterness, then drain.
Rehydrate the dried wakame according to package instructions, then drain.
In a bowl, mix the ponzu sauce, ground white sesame, and sesame oil. Add the onion and wakame, then toss everything together.
