ÉTAPES
Fry the pork cutlet until crispy and slice it into pieces.
Slice the onion thinly.
In a pan, combine soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and water. Add the sliced onion on top.
Place the sliced pork cutlet on top of the onions in the pan.
Once the sauce starts boiling, pour in the beaten eggs evenly over the mixture.
Cook until the eggs are set and fully cooked.
Serve the cooked mixture over a bowl of rice.
