INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
Optional Ingredients
- 1 tbsp chopped green onion
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion and prepare it.
Heat a pan with oil and fry the egg. Set aside.
In the same pan, stir-fry the sliced onion.
When the onion turns translucent, add the seasoning ingredients and stir-fry until golden brown.
Add sesame oil and sesame seeds, mix well to finish.
Place cooked rice in a bowl, top with the onion mixture and fried egg. Garnish with green onion if desired.
