INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 200g cooked rice
- 🧅 1 thinly sliced onion
- 🧅 1 stalk chopped green onion
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasonings
- 5 tbsp cooking oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 💧 50ml water
ÉTAPES
Prepare all ingredients. Slice the onion thinly and chop the green onion.
Heat a frying pan and add 5 tbsp of cooking oil.
Add the onion and green onion to the pan and caramelize over medium-high heat.
Reduce the heat to low and add 3 tbsp of soy sauce.
Add 1 tbsp of mirin.
Add 1 tbsp of sugar.
Pour in 50ml of water.
Crack 2 eggs into the pan and stir gently to combine.
Increase heat to medium and cook until the eggs are slightly set, then turn off the heat.
