Dry Ingredients
- 100g all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tsp consomme powder
- 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Liquid Ingredients
- 💧 100ml water
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
Cooking Oil
- 300ml salad oil
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion into 1cm thick rings and separate them.
In a plastic bag, combine all-purpose flour, potato starch, consomme powder, and Parmesan cheese. Shake to mix.
Add the onion rings to the bag and shake to coat them evenly with the dry mixture.
In a bowl, mix water and mayonnaise. Add the remaining dry mixture from step 2 and stir well. Dip the coated onion rings into this batter.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C. Fry the onion rings until golden brown and crispy.
