Dry Ingredients
- 200g cake flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
Wet Ingredients
- 🧈 90g butter
- 🧂 100g sugar
- 🥛 90g milk
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp plain yogurt
Cream Cheese Filling
- 100g cream cheese
- 30g powdered sugar
- 10 Oreo cookies
ÉTAPES
Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
Chop 5 Oreo cookies and mix them into the cream cheese mixture.
In a separate bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Sift cake flour and baking powder into the mixture and fold gently.
Add milk and plain yogurt to the batter and mix until combined.
Transfer the batter into a piping bag for easier portioning.
Fill muffin cups in a muffin pan up to 80% full with the batter.
Top each muffin with the cream cheese and Oreo mixture, then decorate with chopped Oreo cookies.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 15-20 minutes.
