INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
- 🥛 1 cup milk
Seasoning
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧈 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp herb salt
- 🧂 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp parsley
ÉTAPES
Soak the chicken in milk for 30 minutes to remove any odor. Cut large pieces into smaller ones and make slight cuts on the surface.
Mix 2 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp herb salt, 2 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp salt, and 1/2 tbsp parsley. Melt butter in the microwave for 30 seconds if needed.
Wash the chicken soaked in milk thoroughly and drain the water. Marinate the chicken with the prepared seasoning. Ideally, marinate overnight, or at least for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Place foil under the oven rack for easy cleanup. Arrange the marinated chicken on the rack. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 25 minutes. Flip the chicken and bake for another 15 minutes.
Check for any undercooked parts and bake further if needed.
