- 200g glutinous rice flour
- 5g baking soda
- 🧂 5g salt
Wet Ingredients
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🥛 220g milk
- 🍬 30g sugar
Optional Ingredients
- 🌰 150-200g nuts or raisins
- 🎃 Optional pumpkin seeds for topping
ÉTAPES
Whisk 1 egg in a bowl and add 30g sugar.
Add milk, glutinous rice flour, salt, and baking soda to the egg mixture.
Combine the batter until smooth.
Fold in nuts or raisins into the batter.
Divide the batter into equal portions on parchment paper or mini molds.
Decorate with pumpkin seeds or other toppings if desired.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 40 minutes.
Let the sticky rice cakes cool before serving.
