    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

Separate celery leaves and stalks. Remove strings from stalks and slice diagonally into 1cm pieces. Cut leaves into bite-sized lengths. Julienne ginger.
