INGRÉDIENTS
Base
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Seafood
- 🦪 150g shelled oysters
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced (100g)
- 🧅 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 100cc water
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion thinly and cut the green onions diagonally into thin slices.
Place oysters in a bowl with water and gently wash them, changing the water 2-3 times. Pat dry.
Heat the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, water) in a pan over medium heat. Once boiling, add the sliced onion and stir briefly. Cover and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.
Add the oysters to the pan and cook for 3 minutes until they are fully cooked.
Pour the beaten eggs into the pan, cover, and cook over low-medium heat until the eggs reach your desired consistency.
Serve the cooked mixture over bowls of rice and garnish with sliced green onions.
