Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked rice
Seafood
- 🦪 4 oysters (60g), shelled
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g), minced
- 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom (40g), sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp consomme powder
Dairy
- 🥛 70ml milk
- 🧀 20g pizza cheese
Liquid
- 💧 70ml water
Garnish
- Pinch of black pepper
- 🌿 Pinch of chopped parsley
ÉTAPES
Mince the onion and garlic. Slice the king oyster mushroom thinly. Prepare the oysters by rinsing them gently and patting dry.
Heat half the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the oysters and sauté briefly. Add sake, cover, and steam for 2–3 minutes. Remove oysters and set aside.
In the same pan, heat the remaining olive oil with garlic over low heat until fragrant. Add onion and mushroom, sauté until softened.
Add the cooked rice, milk, water, salt, and consomme powder. Mix well and cover to simmer for 3 minutes.
Uncover, add pizza cheese, and stir until melted. Plate the risotto, top with oysters, and garnish with black pepper and parsley.
