Slice the onion thinly. Wash spinach thoroughly, cut off the roots, and microwave for 2 minutes at 600W. Rinse under cold water, squeeze out excess water, and cut into 3cm pieces.

Heat 20g butter in a pan over medium-low heat. Add sliced onion and sauté until translucent. Stir in flour and cook until no raw flour remains.
