- 🦪 8 frozen oysters (120g)
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms (100g)
- 🌱 Chopped green onion, as needed
- 🍋 1 wedge of lemon
Condiments
- 🧈 15g salted butter
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into smaller pieces.
Rinse the frozen oysters under running water until partially thawed, then pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
Place the shimeji mushrooms and oysters on a sheet of aluminum foil. Add butter on top and drizzle with soy sauce. Wrap the foil securely.
Bake in a toaster oven for 10–15 minutes, or until the oysters are fully cooked.
Garnish with chopped green onion and serve with a wedge of lemon.
