    • 🧂 1/4 tsp salt

Mince the onion and soak it in water. Drain well.

In a bowl, mash the boiled egg coarsely. Add the onion and sauce ingredients (mayonnaise, lemon juice, pepper). Mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate to chill.

Remove the vein from the shrimp, wash, and pat dry with a paper towel. Chop coarsely.

In another bowl, tear the hanpen into pieces and mash it until smooth. Add the shrimp and seasoning ingredients (potato starch, mayonnaise, salt). Mix well and divide into 10 portions. Shape into balls and coat with breadcrumbs.
