- 🥒 A small amount of zucchini
- 1 green chili pepper
Protein
- A small amount of ham
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp curry powder
ÉTAPES
Prepare all the ingredients.
Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté onion and green onion.
Scramble the egg in the pan.
Add the remaining vegetables and stir-fry.
Add rice and 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, then stir-fry.
Add 1 tbsp of curry powder and stir-fry until well combined.
