Vegetables
- 🧅 1 handful chopped green onion
- 🥕 1/3 carrot diced
- 🥒 1/4 zucchini diced
- 🧅 1/2 onion diced
Protein
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🍤 1 handful shrimp
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍚 Cooked rice as desired
- A dash of pepper
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Heat a pan with oil and prepare scrambled eggs.
Transfer the scrambled eggs to a bowl and set aside.
Dice all vegetables finely for even cooking.
Heat oil in the pan and sauté chopped green onion until fragrant.
Add diced vegetables and 1/2 tbsp minced garlic to the pan.
Add shrimp to the pan and cook until pink and tender.
